Lesson Cancellation Policy:
I’m happy to be flexible regarding lesson changes, and will accept cancellations and swaps (where available) up to 24 hrs before your scheduled lesson time
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged for
If you have pre paid for a lesson and can no longer attend, then the lesson payment will roll over as a credit to the next invoice (provided 24 hours notice has been given)
If I need to miss a lesson that you have already paid in advance for I can either offer a rescheduled time, a credit to the next invoice, or a refund via bank transfer
Lesson spaces are limited, particularly in the evenings, so frequent cancellations within a short period may result in the loss of your allocated lesson slot
The lessons often run back to back so unfortunately I am unable to extend the lesson time (if you arrive late due to traffic, for example) and will need to keep to your scheduled start / finish time
Prepaid lessons are offered at a discounted rate, and are non refundable if you decide to discontinue lessons before the end of your prepaid block. Individual sessions (paid per lesson) are available if you are unable to commit to a full block of lessons, which are charged at a slightly higher rate
Invoice payments are due 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payments more than 14 days overdue may result in a late payment fee
